全長は約10メートルに達すると推定されている。
地面を這うように移動し、頭部には仮面のようなものをつけている。
しかしその仮面は裂けており、内部には人型の顔と腕のような部位が確認されている。 紫色の皮膚状の組織に覆われているが、その内部は骨組みのみで構成されており、空洞に近い状態となっている。
全身からは腐敗した廃棄物のような強い異臭を放つ。
一方で、仮面の下にある人型の顔は白く滑らかな質感を持ち、不自然なほど整った外見をしている。​

The total length is estimated to reach approximately 10 meters.
It moves by crawling along the ground and appears to wear a mask-like structure on its head.
However, the mask is split open, revealing a human-like face and arm-like appendages within.

Its body is covered in a purple, skin-like outer layer, but the interior consists only of a skeletal framework, leaving it largely hollow.
It emits a strong odor resembling decaying waste.
In contrast, the human-like face beneath the mask is smooth, pale, and unnaturally well-formed.
