同種個体が群れを成し、静かに移動する様子が複数回目撃されている。体長には著しい個体差がある。人間の子供ほどの小型個体から、2メートルを超える大型個体まで確認されている。
Multiple observations have recorded conspecific individuals forming groups and moving in silence.There is a significant variation in body length.Individuals range from small ones about the size of a human child to large ones exceeding two meters.
頭部の形状は個体ごとに差異があるものの、 共通して目や口と判別できる器官は存在せず 頭部表面には文字、もしくは記号のような紋様が刻まれている。顔面を持たず、鹿に似た四足歩行を行うことからその名がついたものと推察される。
Although the shape of the head differs among individuals, none possess organs that can be identified as eyes or a mouth.The surface of the head is engraved with indistinct patterns resembling characters or symbols.It is presumed that the entity was named due to its lack of a face and its deer-like quadrupedal gait.
無顔鹿の頭部に刻まれた紋様と類似する印が記された岩が、過去に山奥で複数発見されている。それらは神域を守っていた岩であるとされる。その岩は現代では放置され役目を失っている。
Rocks bearing markings similar to those engraved on Muganroku's head have been discovered on multiple occasions deep within remote mountain regions. These rocks are said to have protected sacred grounds. These rocks now remain abandoned, having seemingly lost the role they once served.
